General return policy of Plix

We are trying hard to serve your order to your appropriate products, in case you have received the wrong or damaged product, you can exchange your product within 30 days of delivery.

(A) How to exchange/return?

  1. To initiate the return/exchange process, mail us at hello@plixlife.com
  2. The product should be in its original condition and the product jar should be sealed pack and unused.
  3. Original invoice, box and the price tag received with the product is mandatory to return the product. Attach photos mention in point 2 & 3 in your email.
  4. The refund is subject to your returns met the above conditions, else the exchange/return request will not be processed and your order, if dispatched will be sent back to your picked up address.
  5. For exchange or return once approved on email by the Plix Team, it is the customers responsibility to ship the product back to Plix. (For Details scroll down to D)
(B) Plix is offering you the option to get a refund or exchange the product.
  • In case of wrong product delivery, we will initiate the pickup and dispatch the correct product immediately.
  • In case of a Prepaid order, the amount will be refunded to the same account from which the order has been placed. Only, once we received the product and complete the verification process, the amount will be processed in 3-5 working days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery, the amount will be transferred to the bank account mentioned while placing the Return Request. Only, once we received the product and complete the verification process, the amount will be processed in 3-5 working days.

(C) Replacements are subject to the availability of products
 
(D) Points to remember:

To return the damaged, defective or wrong product follow the below steps:

  • Reach us within 30 days of receiving the order by mailing us at hello@plixlife.com and highlight the issue and whether you want a refund, or a similar product or exchange it with a different product. 
  • Return the product in its original condition with the invoice, box, and price tags.

(E) Are there any processing fees for returns and replacements?

Well, there is no processing fee for returns or replacements. In case, you request a replacement of your product with a higher-priced product then you have to pay an amount accordingly.

  • Courier the product in its box with original invoice and price tags
  • Send the courier to the below-mentioned address

Make sure the product should be packed properly to avoid damage during the delivery process.

(G) What are the modes of refund available?

  • In case of a prepaid order, the amount will be refunded to the same account from which the order has been placed. Only, once we received the product and complete the verification process, the amount will be processed in 3-5 working days.
  • In case of cash on delivery, the amount will be transferred to the Bank Account mentioned while placing the return request. Only, once we received the product and complete the verification process, the amount will be processed in 3-5 working days.

    (H) In how many days will the money be refunded?

    Once the refund request processed, the amount will be transferred within 3 to 5 working days. 

    (I) How many days will it take to deliver the replaced product?

    Once the request for replacement of the product is approved you will receive the replaced product within 3-5 working days.
